DRB-0.5T screw juice extractor
DRB-0.5T screw juice extractor is widely applied for the automatic screw juice extracting for tomatoes, ginger, garlic or celery, etc., and processes, including the juice extracting and the solid discharging, are completed automatically.
All contact parts are made of stainless steel 304, and the machine material can be customized.

1.When having the juice extracting for orange (After the peeling), grapes, monkey peach, mulberry fruit, waxberry or honey peach (After the pitting), etc., those kernels, seeds or skins can be separated.
2.When having the juice extracting for tomatoes, peppers or celeries (After the cutting), those fibers can be separated.

2.3.2There are two parts: Crusher and the juice extractor. And processes of crushing, juice extracting and the solid discharging are completed automatically.

Machine structure:

1.The machine is composed of the front support, crusher, spiral, filter, juice collector, rear support and the solid collector, etc.
2.The left end of the main shaft is supported in the rolling bearing pedestal, and the right end is supported in the bearing pedestal of the hand wheel.
3.The spiral is driven by a pair of triangle belt wheels, and then the motor is driven.
4.The triangle frame is installed on the main shaft, and the pulping plate is on the triangle frame.
5.The sieve, the funnel and the solid outlet are installed on the lower support.
6.The whole bracket is connected by hinges, can be opened, so the juice extracting situation can be checked.

Working principle:

1.After fruits or vegetable is crushed, are put into the hopper.
2.Along the discharging direction, the bottom diameter of the spiral become bigger, while the screw pitch becomes smaller.
3.When fruits or vegetables are pushed, because the chamber becomes smaller, are extracted.
4.When it is viewed from the hopper, the main shaft rotates clockwise.
5.After the extracting, the juice passes through a filter, and then flows into the juice collector, which the waste solid will be discharged through the ring-shape gap.
6.When the gap size is changed, the discharging resistance can be changed. But if the gap is too small, although the juice extracting rate is increased, the juice quality is influenced
